HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR SHOULDER BLADES!
Once you have control of your movement, strengthen it!
First off, for all of these moves make sure to have your core slightly engaged and don’t let your ribs stick out.
Next, be aware of where your shoulder blades are - we don’t want them squashing up to your ears or poking off your back (winged scapula).
