Intermediate Pilates 2

An intermediate session with options for making the exercises harder or easier. No equipment needed. Suggested to go through the beginner session for details on finding your neutral! Enjoy!

Pilates for your middle back

Thoracic spine mobility, strengthening and stretching. You will need a cushion/pillow or a foam roller if you have one!

Pilates for neck

Neck mobility, strengthening and stretching. Great for those with neck pain and tightness. Fee free to ask questions!

ALL ABOUT THE GLUTES

A quick class focusing on firing up our bottom muscles. Great to finish off any workout! A loop band is optional for that extra burn

Pre-natal Pilates

A (rainy day) gentle class for all those mummies to be! No experience or equipment needed. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and safe for diastasis recti. Always consult with professionals if you are unsure.

Intermediate Pilates

No equipment required. Suitable for everyone but recommended to go through beginner session for details on neutral starting positions. Enjoy!

HIIT Pilates

The idea is a heart pumping exercise followed by a slower Pilates move, where you focus on muscle activation

Every two exercises is one round: go for 20, 30 or even 40 seconds of the faster exercise, rest for 10-15 seconds then carry out the slower exercise for the same amount of time.

You can choose to repeat each round twice!

Rounds:

  • jumping jacks with abdo prep

  • squat pulses with bridges

  • mountain climbers with plank

  • criss-cross hops with scissors

  • clam side bridge with single leg bridge pulse

  • plank hops with side plank twist

  • plank step outs with plank-hover
